7. Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited as defined in the governing commercial agreement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate according to contract terms, including material breach, non-payment, or convenience where specified. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable and access may be revoked.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Disputes are handled through good-faith negotiation first, then through the courts or dispute forum specified by applicable agreement.
